DVD Slide Shows Access

I had a call early this evening from the web hosting company for my website. They are checking into the DVD slide show matter. They have verified the file is on the server. They are having to trouble-shoot the problem and will not be able to get back with me until tomorrow. I suspect the website is not able to connect to the other server where the file is located.
